Janice Dias is a Journey Expert within the Business Owners portfolio. Over the last 12 months, she has been working on creating merchant propositions for business owners. Janice has worked in banking for over 5 years and has experience spanning product management, solution development, end to end operational and process design, implementation and change. Moving into New Ways of Working, she took on the role of a scrum master and was instrumental in setting up a scrum master guild for peers who were new to scrum mastery.
