About Andrew Francois

Andrew Francois is an Agile Coach who has been working within the ATO’s Lean-Agile Centre of Excellence and various other Agile roles in the ATO over the past 8 years. Andrew has worked with many Release Trains and Agile Teams in the ATO to help them adopt better ways to deliver value utilising agile principles and practices.

Andrew’s passion is building high performing teams of empowered individuals who understand what success looks and feels like, and that the roots of team success are nourished by the diversity of its individual members.

Andrew was raised and continues to reside on the North of Brisbane with his wife and three children. When he isn’t coaching teams to apply agile methods, he’s waist deep in Lego, building worlds with his young family or pursuing his (pipe) dream of being the first 44 year old NBA rookie.
