About Andrew Ramsden
Andrew Ramsden is a Leadership and Agile Coach who’s been working with the ATO’s Lean-Agile Centre of Excellence for the past 3 years. Andrew’s facilitative approach to leadership has resulted in the collaborative development and endorsement of ATO Scaled Agile 1.1, the latest iteration of the ATO’s Scaled Agile Method.
Andrew cut his teeth leading large-scale digital and cultural transformation programs for Queensland Government and has since made it his mission to help other executives and leaders find their peak performance and sustainable success. He excels in helping them embrace the mindsets that underpin Agile and modern ways of working so they can get the best from themselves and those around them.
Andrew is based in Brisbane with his wife and daughter. When he isn’t empowering leaders and their teams he can be found rock climbing or playing drums.
