Katrina Kolt is a change agent in an Agile wrapper, with experience executing large scale transformations at Coles, IAG, ANZ, AGL, UniSuper and GE Capital. At heart though, she is committed to building dynamic and adaptable workplaces one conversation at a time.
As a maximiser, Katrina enables organisations to succeed through Agile ways of working. She supports organisations with lean portfolio management, company-wide training, upskilling Scrum Masters and Product Owners and synchronising leaders with Agile ways of working. With a strong digital delivery background Katrina is known for rolling up her sleeves to lead teams and partnering with leaders to address tough organisational challenges.
