Brendan Marsh Product Adviser, Organa

Brendan Marsh is a Product Adviser at Organa, where he helps organisations solve challenging scaling problems with a strong product lens. He works with product leaders and teams to sharpen strategy, build capability, and improve operating models so organisations can align strategy at scale without sacrificing autonomy or learning. His clients include the ABC, IBM, Queensland Health and Atlassian.

Brendan is also a trainer for the Australian Institute of Management and PM Partners, teaching Agile Fundamentals and Product Management.

Previously, Brendan spent five years at Spotify in Stockholm as a Product Manager for Mac and Windows in a large-scale, hyper-growth product organisation. He has been speaking at conferences across Europe and Australia since 2014 on product strategy, discovery, and org scaling. Brendan is currently studying a Master of Gestalt Psychotherapy, with a particular interest in the intersection of psychology and leadership.
