Brendan Marsh Product & Org Adviser, Organa

Brendan Marsh is a Product & Org Advisor and Director at Organa, where he helps organisations strengthen product strategy, org design and execution at scale. Past clients include Lyka, ABC, Queensland Health, IBM and Atlassian to name a few.

He previously served as Chief Product Officer of a mental health non-profit and spent five years at Spotify during its hypergrowth phase, first as an Agile Coach supporting innovation and product discovery teams and later as a Product Manager responsible for the Mac and Windows clients (40M+ MAU).

Brendan currently teaches at the Australian Institute of Management and is completing a Master of Gestalt Psychotherapy, bringing a humanistic lens to complex organisational change. His work focuses on improving strategic alignment and decision-making at scale, while preserving team empowerment, creativity and innovation.
