Session Agile Change: The dance party for the neurodivergent

with Marco Di Santis – Agile Change Manager, UniSuper

Agile change is often framed as speed. For some, it’s far more personal. In this candid session, Marco Di Santis shares his lived experience as a neurodivergent change professional navigating complexity and transformation, and how Agile ways of working helped him make sense of his style, influence others, and find a sense of belonging.

Joining him, Dr Jen Frahm explores what agile change looks like in practice—how it can reduce friction, support psychological safety, and create more inclusive conditions during disruption. Together, they examine the intersection of neurodiversity and Agile, where it enables people-centred leadership and change, and what change leaders need to do differently.
