At the National Acoustic Laboratories (NAL), Kate works across multidisciplinary teams spanning research, impact and product development. She leads an Innovation Centre team focused on testing and validating new business and clinical ideas, guiding projects from concept through experimentation and learning. She is particularly interested in how teams collaborate, adapt, communicate and connect.
Alongside her work, Kate teaches yoga and blends mindfulness with agility to support deeper listening, thoughtful leadership and more sustainable ways of working.
