Scaling our Impact – Unleashing the power of networks
with Catherine Drury, Agile Coach, Roche Products
Our experience in the pandemic has shown us all that healthcare continues to change rapidly. Having started their Agile transformation in 2019, Swiss biotech, Roche, saw the benefits. But there was more to be done to unlock even greater impact to the healthcare industry. They thus took the remarkable move to take the learnings from over one hundred of their country organisations’ Agile transformations and scale this for exponential impact.
Join Stuart Knight and Catherine Drury from Roche Australia as they share their unique experience in what it’s like to work, lead and coach in an organisation that leverages the power of networks. They’ll share their journey of scaling, the benefits being realised in the healthcare system and how transformation has evolved to just become the way they work.
