About Katie Phillips

Katie Phillips is an applied anthropologist and designer. She studies cultures, their interactions with products, services, and brands, and performs both qualitative and quantitative data analysis to translate those findings into actionable, tangible frameworks and designs.

Katie is Masters qualified in Design Anthropology and has 7+ years of experience using her skillset in banking, healthcare, higher education, organisational design, government, and consumer products and services. She has a specialisation in digital environments and user experience (UX), internal culture assessments, and Enterprise UX for Business to Business (B2B) and internal products.
