About William Lewis

William Lewis is an ex-lawyer and government lobbyist turned change manager. He now leads a team working intensely to ensure people in ANZ’s New Ways of Working (NWOW) thrive and can truly innovate every day. His current passions are psychological safety and rich use of data and other feedback mechanisms to ensure NWOW evolves using a ‘by the people, for the people’ approach.
