About Katrina Kolt

Katrina Kolt is a change agent in an Agile wrapper, with experience executing large scale transformation at GE Capital, AGL and ANZ. At heart, she is a coach, committed to building dynamic and adaptable workplaces one conversation at a time. Katrina currently works as Delivery Practice Lead at UniSuper. Katrina’s side hustle is storytelling and, despite shaky knees, she’s been brave enough to perform at The Moth in Melbourne and New York City.
