AgileAus Business Agility
Executive Forum 2024

Tuesday 13 August 2024 • Pullman Melbourne on the Park

AgileAus is delighted to announce the inaugural AgileAus Business Agility Executive Forum.

Being held on the second day of the AgileAus24 Conference, the Forum will convene a select group of leaders with P&L responsibility and those heading up digital, agility or transformation to share and learn from each other.

Led by Co-founder of the Business Agility Institute Evan Leybourn, the Forum presents the opportunity to deep dive into shared organisational challenges. By tapping into the wisdom and experience of the whole room, the Forum invites those attending to uncover new approaches for organisational change.

Specifically designed to help leaders grappling with decisions to flourish in a VUCA world – the Forum will feature candid and thought-provoking facilitated conversations and unexpected micro-learning moments impossible to find elsewhere.

Key Learning Outcomes

  • Identify and prioritise the key constraints and pain points hindering the move to business agility.
  • Explore strategies used by your peers to address executive resistance entrenched silos and politics.
  • Understand how other leaders are managing the evolving demands and expectations placed on them.
  • Describe and apply a model of business agility that connects individual behaviours and organisational capabilities.
