About Quinton Quartel

Quinton Quartel does “stuff to help organisations reach their next level”.

Quinton has been programming computers for over three decades. He has worked as a Development Manager, Trainer, Developer, Entrepreneur, and Agile Coach. This work spanned many companies, and Quinton realised that, for the most part, the world of work is not only broken but is crushing the human spirit. This started Quinton on a journey to detoxify organisations while also improving profitability. FaST is a contribution to this effort.

FaST is a very different way of working that can stand on its own as an agile method, or integrate in with most others. Built on Open Space, it creates a complex adaptive system with fluid teaming. Working this way not only solves many of the issues that come with Agile scaling but it truly enables the capability of adaptability as the collective can morph in structure to match any challenge.
