Raechelle McLean is a professional and passionate performance driven Senior Change Manager, her passion shines in the grey. Founder of 2 successful organisations Accelerer and Aspirant Raechelle thrives on all things change and transformation, from strategic advisory to design and delivery.

A deeply experienced professional consultant in transformation and change programs, leading/partnering on high stakes projects with leading brands in financial services, national sporting organisations, utilities, telcos, and government agencies at a federal and state level.

Raechelle has a number of accreditations, with continuous learning being a focus for her. She is certified change practitioner via APMG, Prosci, an accredited leadership coach via The Leadership Circle LCP 360, and of late has been focused on Human Centred Design, with courses completed with INSEAD and IDEO.

She is a naturally collaborative and creative problem solver; Raechelle’s innovative customer centric solutions pave clear and practical pathways to adoption and utilisation with a little fun and agility.
