Steve Lawrence has over 30 years of dedicated delivery experience across a wide variety of different sectors including Banking, Insurance, Telecommunications, Fund Management, FMCG, Utilities, Mining and Retail. Steve feels privileged to have worked with or consulted to over 50 of the leading organisations across Australia and New Zealand, transforming the way they work, the way they think, and how they deliver solutions and outcomes.
A seasoned professional Steve has been a senior leader in several major Organisation wide transformations, most notably Suncorp (in the very early days), Telstra- twice, ANZ Digital, DST Bluedoor, Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, Woolworths (SOI). Additionally, Steve has led many smaller agile change journeys.
Over Steve’s career he has built a deep war-chest of knowledge in both traditional and Agile WoW and strongly believes in taking pragmatic and fit for purpose approaches to achieve success, there is no one size fits all solution!
