Eugene Chung is Product Evangelist and Coach at TeamForm, where his job is to inspire as many organisations as possible to think differently about how to set their teams up for success.

Before TeamForm, Eugene was the Team Coach Lead at Atlassian, improving ways of working and creating new plays and practices to enable teams around the world to be more effective.

He’s an experienced team coach and recovering consultant of 15+ years, with a personal mission of empowering leaders and teams to adapt to change and adopt new mindsets & behaviours.

Originally from Texas, Eugene now calls Sydney home.

With AI a core part of collaboration tools, it’s critical for teams to have clarity of how AI is used to maximise its potential to supercharge teamwork.

While so many people have individually incorporated AI into their daily work, what’s missing is how teams can collectively use AI to deliver better value together.
