About Natasha Redman

Natasha Redman is one of Melbourne’s leading change management specialists, a Kath and Kim superfan and a passionate Agile enthusiast. She has worked across a range of industries and technologies and with many of Australia’s favourite corporates.

With a strong background in change leadership, she founded Casa De Cambio (Spanish for ‘House of Change’) in 2019 because she saw a real need for sustainable change. That means really understanding her clients’ business – not just delivering point solutions or bringing in change managers to tick the compliance boxes.

When she takes on a client, she starts by getting clear on the business problem. Then she designs solutions and provides the right level of support to ensure those solutions keep working when she leaves.

Natasha’s strong mentoring background has led to multiple opportunities to build change capability within large organisations. She is often sought out to coach leaders and companies on how to implement change well and demonstrate what good looks like and build tailored tools and methodologies to meet their needs.

Natasha’s passion for all things change led to her creating and hosting a successful podcast (also called Casa de Cambio!) about change, technology, innovation and leadership.

Resistance to change isn’t a thing, it’s a ‘you’ problem

‘People naturally resist change’ is one of the biggest lies we tell ourselves when things go wrong on transformations.

Firstly, what does resistance even look like? And if it’s not basic human nature, why is it happening? Why is it a ‘me’ problem? And what can I do to counter it once I’ve noticed it happening? How does this differ from established research and writing on the topic?

Join an experienced change practitioner who offers practical advice on how to deal with resistance and blockers after many years leading large scale change programs at some of Australia’s biggest organisations. She will use real life case studies and tips and tricks learned from her many years on the job to give you practical tips on how you can turn resistance from a ‘you’ problem into ‘no problem.’
