About Gus Irisa

Gus Irisa has been an Agile Coach with extensive experience in Large Agile transformations, where he has used Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) as a differentiator to help teams and individuals to discover their strengths, identify areas of improvement, and increase team dynamics that amplify hidden voices and encourage them to co-create better ways of working in a sustainable manner.

Gus is passionate about increasing workplace effectiveness. He helps teams and individuals achieve their goals and grow professionally as they navigate the complex environments of modern organisations. His success is from building transformative cultures to leverage the power of Agile principles, practices, and tools.

He focuses on adapting to multiple stances since he must function as a professional coach, mentor, teacher, and facilitator, depending on the team and individual circumstances to help them feel supported and listened to on their growth journey.

Before joining ANZ in 2021, Gus worked for Elabor8 supporting clients in the Financial Services and Education industries. He also has a great deal of experience in various roles in the Telecommunications, IT Services, and Healthcare sectors.
