About Lisa Frazier

Lisa Frazier is the Chief Operating Officer at Judo Bank responsible for the “engine” of the bank – Product, Data, Digital, Technology, and Operations.

Lisa has over 25 years of international experience across banking, investing, media, telecom, and technology industries. She is an experienced corporate executive, public company board director and start-up entrepreneur. Lisa’s expertise includes building digital businesses, designing customer experiences, venture investing and innovation including the application of emerging technologies.

Prior to joining Judo, Lisa was the Chief Innovation Officer for Wells Fargo in San Francisco, an enterprise-wide organisation devoted to accelerating the company’s delivery of next-generation, customer-inspired products, and services. Lisa built and operated new enterprise technology platforms such as Artificial Intelligence, Personalisation, and Distributed Ledger Technologies.

Lisa was previously the Chief Digital Officer for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia where she established digital for the bank. Earlier in her career at McKinsey & Company, Lisa was a Partner in New York and San Francisco.

Lisa was Founder and CEO of a media startup in San Francisco and has operated and advised multiple start-up companies in the Silicon Valley region. Lisa was an Independent Non-executive Director of OFX Group and a Digital and Technology Advisor to ANZ’s Board.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Melbourne, a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Illinois USA, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
