Agile Coach & Consultant, Elabor8
About Kristy Theissling
Kristy Theissling is a passionate, conscious Agile Coach and Consultant at Elabor8. Balancing a love of efficient systems with a natural curiosity to understand human intrinsic needs, Kristy aspires to empower Agile teams and people through self-awareness, growth and continuous improvement. Kristy has worked alongside teams in diverse programs of work, including big data, analytics and systems in small and large enterprise environments in government, higher education and financial industries. However – we all know that efficient systems go far beyond the world of Agile. Kristy’s curiosity is grounded in others settings – including the brain, body, and even the garden. Occasionally, these themes collide in the most unlikely of professional settings. A background in journalism and communications has afforded Kristy the opportunity to have her work published, including a cover of Business Review Weekly magazine, public speaking on data systems as far as Kamogawa Japan, and as a regular columnist and features writer for national print magazines. An accelerating self-education in the benefits of vulnerability in coaching and professional life, Kristy is known to put her thoughts and words into action, with presence, patience and a calm servant leader style as a leader, mother, professional, and as a human.
