Join Lucy for a retrospective of My Big Fat Agile Wedding: a story about a group of frustrated stakeholders in their journey to planning a dinner banquet for 300 people. Once upon a time, I met and fell in love with a handsome young Business lecturer. Recently, we got married. Wedding planning was one of the most grueling experiences I’ve ever been through, and I’ve been through a couple of rough digital transformation projects! Even though we used Agile methods during our year of wedding planning, it turns out we fell into many of the same project pitfalls that teams fall into during their Agile journey.
