Currently, Stephanie is accountable for the People Services, Technology Product Ownership, Service Management and Enterprise Observability, across a complex, partnered enterprise technology environment, in Australia and New Zealand. She has a strong focus on customer and employee experience, and workplace culture.

Stephanie sponsors and supports Women in Tech at IAG and is a strong advocate of growing women in tech and STEM. She regularly coaches and mentors women to step fully into leadership, to build their personal brand and competency levels, to demystify leadership through learned insights, and to strengthen their impact and influence.

Stephanie previously worked at ANZ bank, on their Agile-based New Ways of Working
transformation, designing the Employee Experience domain, and also rolled out the Digital “as a Service” transformation (ITaaS) across Tech operations. Prior to that she led the Service Management function and was a Technology Project Manager.
