Sue has worked in both executional and leadership roles across a number of programs of work for companies and government owned organisations both here and overseas. In the last 10 years Sue has developed her craft to lead and coach Agile delivery capabilities in some of the most innovative technology companies in Melbourne. Sue is passionate in driving continuous improvement in the system of work and development of employee cultures with a strong human centric leadership approach to organisational change. Sue currently consults in program delivery to the Department of Customer Service for NSW.
