About Wendy Cole

Wendy Cole is an inspiring consultant, speaker and coach. As the Founding Director of iMastery, Wendy designs and facilitates leadership and productivity training, supporting teams and organisations to further elevate their employee engagement and profitability.

Wendy’s strengths as a facilitator and coach are her ability to ensure that workshops are both inspiring and practical and that participants leave the training with tangible knowledge that they can immediately apply in their work.

Participants value Wendy’s hands-on experience as a business owner, general manager, consultant and parent – clients enjoy the real-world perspective that she brings to her workshops.

In addition to her training facilitation work, Wendy has extensive management experience and has held a variety of leadership roles and positions across Australia. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Sciences and a Graduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Wendy has completed Advanced Facilitation Skills Training with the AITD, is an accredited HBDI^TM (Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument) practitioner and an accredited Demartini Values Facilitator®.
