About John Westgarth

John Westgarth spends his time working in the innovation, education and government spaces. His passion is building healthy teams that delight customers to deliver business results. John is a certified Scrum Master with a background in design-thinking and scrappy lean startup approaches. After beginning his career working with not-for-profits, John started delivering emerging tech and innovation programs for the NSW Government, CSIRO, University of Technology Sydney and Decoded. John now works at Food Agility, an agrifood Co-operative Research Centre, increasing the impact of highly-specialised researchers through deliberate collaboration with industry partners.
