About Natalie Ramantanis
Natalie Ramantanis has been lucky enough to experience first-hand the good and the not so good of Agile transformation at ING. From transforming waterfall to Agile in the middle of one of the biggest product launches, all the way to delivering a brand new product to market within 3 months! With a business and product ownership background she has led many teams across ING to deliver all types of projects such as new systems, new products, features and even regulatory projects. Along the way there have been many challenges between IT and the business and it has been amazing for her to experience how Agile has truly helped shape and built this relationship to be one of the strongest at ING.
